Shrine of Shaparn

Shah Paran was the neplew of Hazrat Shahjalal (R:). The Holy Shrine of Shaparn (R:) is situated on top of mountain. Remember you will put of your shoes at the bottom of the mountain before the Ziarat of majar. You will astonished to see the Murari Chand college.

This college is situated on the hull lock. The picnic corner is behind of it. The other name of surma bridge is keen bridge. You will remember that the holy Shrine of Shah Paran is in Sylhet and This Sylhet district is in north corner of Bangladesh. The keen bridge which is situated on the river Surma attract visitors so much. You can see from here the Khasi and Jaintia mountain. This keen bridge was situated in 1936. This bridge is connected with other parts of the country.

The length of this attractive bridge is 1150 feet and wide is 18 feet. The natural diversity of this Sylhet has increased this traditional keen bridge. Thousands of people,variety kinds of vehicles are cross on this bridge. The beauty of this area charmed the visitors very much. Shahi Eidgah situated to the north east corner of the Sylhet district. It is very attractive, beautiful and charming. This architectural beautiful Eidgah was built during the reign of Emperor Aurangzeb on small hillocks.

There are 22 steps, 15 Gambuj and 10 gates are in Eidgah.Open bield, large pond and planning planted trees have increased attraction of this Eidgaha very much.How to reach: The distance of Shahi Eidgah is only 5 kilometre away  from Sylhet  rail station.From centre of Sylhet city it is only two kilometres away. You will go by Rickshaw easily. Beside the Sylhet city you will see the lakkatura tea garden. It is very charming and attractive.

Where you will stay: In Sylhet city there are so many residential and non-residential hotel. So there is nothing any problem to eat or stay at night in Sylhet.
